Tuesday Tip: Soak it UP!

A dip in a warm bath or hot tub can do more than pick up your mood.  

A study at Kagoshima University in Japan found that people who regularly took 15 minute baths or saunas improved their heart rate by 25% and increased their oxygen consumption and cardiac efficiency.

Add DEAD SEA SALTS to the mix and you'll be feeling GREAT!
