Cradle Cap is not just for Infants

Our Infant set does wonders in protecting your baby without chemicals.  Your toddlers can still be fight cradle cap,  and here is an easy tip to help.  Often it's just a little bit of oil that is needed.   Add a drop of Tea Tree Oil into the shampoo and it will help clear up that cradle cap.

Did you know that the name Tea Tree was given by Captain James Cook? Captain Cook shortly after landing in Botany Bay, Australia in 1770 found that the leaves made a lovely spicy tea! The tea was used as a remedy by the European Settlers from that day forward!

Thursday Testimonial: Shea Butter from Jordan Essentials

Thursday Testimonial:
        Shea Butter!
I received my order a few days ago and thank you. I wanted to say that this is the best lotion I have ever used. I have very dry, flaky skin and the shea butter lotion takes care of it better than anything I have ever tried... even prescription lotions. For itchy spots it works better than cortisone cream. Also, I an allergic to most perfumes and scents, but vanilla is one that I can wear and the vanilla cream smells sooo good. I get compliments all the time. Just thought I would let you know.

** Shea Butter is one of our best sellers,  and a must for every household.   Great for keep skin soft and moist.  But did you know it's also GREAT for bites,  cuts, burns, rashes and so much more.

It's available in ALL our signature scents (Oatmeal Milk and Honey,  Lemon Grass and Jasmine Orchid are my 3 best selling scents).   It's also available in 8 oz jars,  which is the way Norma purchases (2 at a time).   Email me today for your "FREE SAMPLE"  of shea butter.

Tip Tuesday: Acne Rosacea and rash, oh my!

Tip Tuesday:

     Acne, Rosacea and Rash
               Make-up Tip

Light skin can often have red issues like rosacea where the skin is thin so the blood vessels can be seen under the skin.  Begin with yellow concealer on a brush.  Follow with the Concealer angle brush wet dipped in Mineral Powder.

This creates a magic eraser.  Stipple red areas.  You can use a wet sponge to blend out the foundation.  Finish with powder for air brush finish.

Be sure to check out our entire skin care line to help in reducing and clearing up these types of skin problems

Thursday Testimonial: Jordan Essentials Dead Sea Salts

Jordan Essentials
          Dead Sea Salts!

I thought that I was one of the few that had multiple scents on the shelf in my Bathroom.  I keep Peppermint for soaking after a tough workout (usually not having worked out in awhile),  Happiness for when I need a pick-me up or I've had a rough, stressful day at work.   Sweet Cucumber Melon because it's my favorite Scent.

Well these ladies are sharing some wonderful ideas about why they have multiple scents open.   I'm going to have to try a few, and  I never though of mixing!

Lynn --  I like the G&L for Mornings when I'm in need of some energy. I mix the happiness with it sometimes too.

Carol --  I used the peppermint when I have a cold or when the kids have one to open up their heads and when I broke my toes to encourage healing and blood circulation. It is also great when it is warm out to give you that refreshing minty feeling.

Peggy -- Yes I mix any of them with peppermint but when I first started running peppermint was my go too. I use the lavender when I feel I need to sleep better.

Jennifer --  Peppermint has been great for my morning sickness!

We have many more . .
"My eczema is so much better when I soak regularly"
"I have Chron's disease and when I soak at night I get so much relief"
"Nothing melts away the stress and tension like the Dead Sea Salts from Jordan Essentials"

The Jordan Essentials Dead Sea Salt is available in ALL Signature Scents,  plus Peppermint, Rebel and 4Him.

Tuesday Tip: Red Freckles

Tuesday Tip:   Red Freckles

Many of us have freckles,  and in the sun even more freckles seem to appear.  Here is a quick and easy way to help hide some of those Red Freckles for those who wish to.

Use a small brush wet with one shade lighter than skin tone powder to stipple effect the freckles.

Do not wear too much make up.  Minerals sit light on the skin.  Neutralize with age defying as a primer first and then powder.   If opting to use the tinted moisturizer for stippling,  spot test first.
